We need curious, solution-oriented, and customer-centric individuals to join our rapidly growing Content as a Service team in Pune. In Content as a Service, we strive to ensure that customers get the maximum value out of their engagement with us and are continuously able to drive productivity for their customer-facing teams.
As a Project Manager with the Content as a Service team, you will engage with customers, vendors, and internal team members to plan and deliver a high-quality project management experience.
What’s in it for you?
- Manage multiple accounts and their active projects simultaneously.
- Own content development planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Prepare project map, plan for resources, and execute continuous client interaction through means of meeting summary, MoMs, and status updates.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables while adhering to defined metrics scope and budget,
- Drive status meetings and other communications with the customers.
- Track key business metrics such as resource utilization/ capacity, and consumption.
- Ensure compliance to set processes while proactively suggesting and implementing improvements to existing processes.
- Work with Vendors to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables are met.
- Provide strategic inputs to the team on meeting the customer requirements constantly.
- Pre-sales support – Provide inputs in preparing proposals and SOW for clients.
- To share project learnings / best practices through knowledge-sharing sessions or training.
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have at least 10+ years of experience managing content development or e-learning projects.
- Are an expert in project planning, customer communication, and delivery management.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Are proficient in MS Office.
- Have excellent business analysis skills, negotiation skills, and people management skills.
- Are proactive and have an attitude to own & drive projects to completion.
- Possess the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Have strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Are xperienced in working with large enterprise customers.
