Job description:

Overall IT professional experience 8+ year At least 3+ year Disaster Recovery Planning, Coordination and Management experience Coordinate to Plan & exercising of recovery testing Fair understanding of recovery strategies and various Infrastructure Technologies Like Storage, Backup, Networks, Security and Operating Systems (WINTEL, Linux, iseries and AS/400). Experience in identification of Technology domain causing incident or issues during a disaster recovery exercise. Coordinating and Root Cause Analysis for major incident (Severity 1) during recovery exercises. Fair Understanding of Recovery & Resilience management life cycle. Experience in determining the adequate test environment drill & test plan requirements Coordinating with various technology teams to develop drill Test Plans and Test Evaluation Summaries across heterogeneous infrastructure layers Experience in Testing DR environment for datacenter failover and failback Drill execution co-ordination, incident / issues tracking during drills Experience in recovery testing data collection, analysis and reporting with recommendation of alterations to improve recovery performance Management Reporting and presentation skills Affluent in tools that enable DR replication and automation Contribute in updating business impact analysis / application impact analysis Ability to coordinate DR s drills on public cloud Refresh / Update the business impact analysis documents by working with system owners. Test and document business continuity plans for HCL provided services from HCL facility and locations

  • To clearly understand the client’s cybersecurity environment and respective product.
  • To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
  • To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection
  • To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
  • To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
  • To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
  • To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progress or challenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
