Sr. Salesforce Mobile App Developer

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using the Lightning UI and custom LWC.
  • Administer Salesforce platform to enhance mobile application performance.
  • Design and implement data models and schema in line with best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and participate in code reviews.


Software Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform administration, configuration, customization, and development (FSC preferred).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and schema design.


Technical Skills:

  • Salesforce Development: Apex, LWC, SOQL.
  • Platform Administration: Configuration, customization, development (FSC preferred).
  • Data Modeling: Schema design, best practices.


Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years in software development.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.


Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce mobile applications.
  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and implement robust data models.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II) are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and distributed team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
