What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Technical Manager – .NET, who can own product deliverables, from product map creation to launch, for our customers. In addition, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, team productivity, and implementing new technology within your teams.

What you’ll do?

  • Collaborate with the customer to create a roadmap for the product & set up key milestones to be achieved by the team.
  • Develop project plans and estimates, manage risks, and provide status reports to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement critical software development processes to enhance work quality.
  • Solve critical business challenges using the latest tools & technologies or innovative architecture/solutions.
  • Hire and build a distributed team committed to achieving high standards of design, scale and deliverables. We hire developers mainly from top 2% engineering colleges in India.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • BE/BTech from one of IITs, NITs, BITS, VJTI, or COEP.
  • 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing applications in Asp.Net and Microsoft technologies, with expertise in Asp.net MVC, C#.
  • Experience or knowledge of any Open-Source technologies would be desirable.
  • Strong hands-on experience in RestAPI, SQL Server, and table designing.
  • Experience in additional languages like Node.js, Java, or Python.
  • Understanding of the software development process using Agile Scrum/Scrumban methodology, and familiarity with tools like Jira to set it up for your teams.
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes from code development to release, and comfortable setting it up for teams.
  • Experience managing teams with 15+ people.
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to recruit and develop talent.
